Returns/Refunds/ Exchange Policies

At the moment, we do not stock “ready-to-wear” inventory. Each and every pair of shoes/ boots made are based on customer specifications (including fit).

We are extremely reasonable, and understand purchasing bespoke-fit (patterns are drafted based on unique foot measurements provided by the customer) shoes/ boots online can be tricky, so we’ll do everything in our power to work with you to ensure the pair received meets (and hopefully exceeds) your expectations. If for whatever reason you’re not wholly satisfied with your purchase (mis-size/ miscommunication/ etc.) we’ll work with you to make it right. We evaluate each case individually, but typically we’re happy to accept unworn shoes/ boots back for exchange or full-refund less return shipping and a 20% restocking fee (to cover some of our production costs).

For replacement pairs, please expect a 6 – 8 week turnaround time, as on any given day we could have as many as 50 pairs of shoes/ boots on the production-line, so we’ll have to re-calibrate the queue to accommodate. We’ll of course do everything we can to ensure your replacement pair is shipped out as quickly as is physically possible.

Just as we’re reasonable and compassionate, we ask the same of our customers, as we’re an extremely small output operation with limited capacity and resources. As noted, we stock no inventory, each pair (from planning to production) involves an investment in time, money and creative energy, so please, prior to making a purchase commitment, we ask you to ensure you’ve done your due-diligence in determining your size in particular.
